Maintenance and Machine Operator

About the role

Join a reputable manufacturing company in Stanley as a Maintenance and Machine Operator. You will work on the shop floor assembling products, operating a range of machinery and ensuring every item meets strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble products using hand tools and verify correct assembly.
• Carry out thorough quality inspections and complete associated paperwork.
• Operate milling machines, turning equipment, power presses and CNC machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance, including stripping and replacing tools.
• Monitor machine settings throughout the production process and follow health‑and‑safety protocols.

Required profile

• Comfortable working both independently and within a small team.
• Willing to attend an interview and induction process.
• Seeking a long‑term position with the possibility of a permanent contract after probation.
• Open to full training; prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
