Main Missions

• Execute a wide range of maintenance and decoration tasks according to approved checklists.
• Work autonomously to manage daily repairs and upkeep of the facility.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and legally compliant working environment at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with external contractors for specialized technical works.
• Strictly follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and design standards.
• Prioritize tasks efficiently to maintain high operational standards in a fast-paced setting.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in maintenance, handyman tasks, or a similar technical field.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without constant supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Reliable, honest, and able to remain calm under pressure in a busy environment.
• Commitment to safety, including the consistent use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
