Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

The role supports a busy property management department, overseeing a portfolio of residential properties. You will coordinate maintenance activities, manage relationships with contractors, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead team meetings and delegate tasks to property managers.
• Coordinate maintenance work, prioritising jobs and tracking progress.
• Develop and implement new procedures to improve service delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with contractors and service providers.
• Handle customer complaints, provide solutions and exceed client expectations.
• Carry out property inspections and ensure policies align with company standards.
• Support the team with ad‑hoc duties and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience managing a team of property managers.
• At least three years’ experience in property management.
• Intermediate computer literacy and experience with property management software.
• Full, valid driving licence.
• Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• ALTO CFP (property management software).
• ARLA / MARLA accreditation (preferred but advantageous).
• Proficiency with property management software packages.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent role, Monday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm.
• Salary between £30,000 and £33,000 per year, dependent on experience.
