Maintenance Coordinator – Property Management

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support our busy property management department. The role involves overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of Property Managers and attend regular team meetings.
• Handle legal notices, contractor liaison and tenant‑landlord communications.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Manage phone enquiries, complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain policies and procedures in line with company standards and current legislation.
• Strive to exceed team targets, customer expectations and service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in property management or residential portfolio administration.
• Intermediate computer literacy and experience using property‑management or lettings software.
• Ability to manage own workload and work independently.
• Full, valid driving licence.

What we offer

• Competitive salary between £28,000 and £32,000 per year.
• Full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm schedule.
