Maintenance Coordinator – Pump & Drainage Services

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Coordinator to manage pump and drainage repair programmes for our clients. You will act as the central hub between engineers, clients and internal teams, ensuring projects move smoothly from quotation to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all pump and drainage repairs, servicing, and emergency works.
• Ensure jobs are completed within agreed timescales and issue timely completion reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for engineers, clients, and property managers.
• Maintain accurate certification, compliance records and client reports.
• Prepare, issue and follow up on quotations and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) renewals.

Required profile

• Experience as an engineer scheduler or similar role in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
• Confident telephone manner and ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to work full‑time office hours, Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:30.

Required skills

• Proficiency with job‑management software, preferably BigChange (JobWatch).
