Maintenance Engineer – HVAC (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer with a strong HVAC background to join a well‑established company in Kingston Upon Thames. The role involves maintaining air‑conditioning units, ventilation, and water systems while receiving tailored training in plumbing and fully funded electrical courses.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on air‑conditioning and ventilation equipment.
• Maintain and service water distribution and related systems.
• Participate in on‑call rotations (one week in three) and respond to call‑out incidents.
• Document work performed and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Qualified Maintenance Engineer with experience in HVAC systems.
• Electrical background or strong understanding of electrical principles.
• Willingness to undertake training in plumbing and electrical courses.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am‑5:00 pm, with occasional on‑call duties.
