Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing/FMCG)

About the role

This position is for an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer within a high‑end dessert manufacturing business serving major retailers. You will help keep the production line running at peak performance while developing your technical expertise through ongoing training.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimise downtime.
• Support continuous improvement projects across the factory.

Required profile

• Background as a Maintenance Engineer or similar.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG or food production.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
