Maintenance Engineer – Smart Buildings & KNX Controls

About the role
We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join a fast‑growing provider of smart homes and intelligent building systems. You will work on both domestic and commercial sites, ensuring that pre‑installed KNX‑based smart systems operate reliably and are kept up to date.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out routine maintenance of existing smart building installations.
- Install new smart home and commercial systems where required.
- Respond to emergency call‑outs and resolve faults on pre‑existing equipment.
- Document service activities and update system records.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve service processes.
Required profile
- Proven experience working with KNX control systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently on site and travel across the North West region.
