Maintenance Facilities Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Facilities Supervisor to lead the facilities function for a well‑established manufacturer in the Forest of Dean. You will own building maintenance, compliance, contractor management and local IT support, ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently and in line with statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage service contracts and oversee statutory compliance.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors.
• Maintain building fabric, site grounds and access control systems.
• Provide first‑line IT and facilities support for the site.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure operational continuity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities management or facilities maintenance.
• Knowledge of facilities compliance and statutory regulations.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial or engineering environment is advantageous.
