Maintenance Manager – Hospitality Group

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead engineering, facilities and maintenance across four local hospitality sites. The role involves ensuring safety, compliance and operational efficiency while supporting refurbishment projects and energy initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all maintenance operations, including building services, preventative (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with UK health & safety legislation and conduct risk assessments.
• Lead and develop maintenance teams across sites, conducting performance reviews.
• Support budgeting, monitor spend and manage contractor and supplier relationships.
• Identify and implement energy‑saving initiatives and monitor consumption.
• Assist with refurbishment projects and other capital works.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or engineering management within a hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of building services and maintenance operations.
• Excellent understanding of UK health & safety and statutory compliance.
• Demonstrated contractor and supplier management experience.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
