Maintenance Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking a senior Maintenance Team Lead to join our plant near Bristol. The role involves coordinating maintenance schedules, managing staff hours and health & safety while remaining hands‑on with planned and preventative maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a team of electrical, mechanical, multiskilled and facilities engineers.
• Coordinate busy maintenance schedules and allocate staff hours.
• Ensure health and safety compliance across the site.
• Perform and support planned and preventative maintenance activities.
• Assist production processes and monitor internal KPIs.

Required profile

• Experience in electrical, mechanical or multiskilled engineering within a plant or industrial environment.
• Proven senior or team‑lead experience.
• Ability to commute to Bristol and work on‑site.
• Willingness to stay hands‑on when required.
