Maintenance Technician – Facilities & Building Maintenance

About the role
This day‑based position supports three local sites in Edinburgh, delivering both planned and reactive building maintenance. You will work within a supportive team to keep facilities operating to a high standard while enjoying a strong work‑life balance and no weekend duties.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled (planned) maintenance tasks across all three sites.
- Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and faults.
- Perform fault‑finding, repairs, and general building upkeep.
- Ensure facilities are maintained to health, safety and quality standards.
Required profile
- Background in facilities or building maintenance.
- Multi‑skilled maintenance experience is advantageous.
- Proven experience with both planned and reactive maintenance work.
- Looking for a long‑term, stable role.
