Maintenance Technician

About the role

As a Maintenance Technician at Carlsberg Britvic you will ensure the reliability and optimal performance of manufacturing equipment, utilities and infrastructure across our Rugby site. You will apply your technical expertise to minimise downtime, support continuous improvement and uphold the company’s high standards for safety, quality and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Perform planned, preventative and predictive maintenance on mechanical, electrical and control systems.
• Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and support shutdowns, inspections and project work.
• Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards, including LOTO and Permit to Work procedures.
• Apply Lean methodologies such as TPM, RCA and PDCA to improve equipment reliability.
• Record maintenance activities, spare‑part usage and asset data in SAP Plant Maintenance.
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in engineering maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and control systems.
• Ability to work safely and follow statutory compliance procedures.
