About the role

We are seeking 2‑3 Major & Complex Loss Adjusters to join our South East team. The role is home‑based, allowing you to work from anywhere between Bournemouth and Norwich while handling a broad spectrum of commercial loss claims.

Key responsibilities

Assess and settle commercial loss claims ranging from under £100,000 to multi‑million‑pound exposures.
Interpret client‑specific instructions and produce detailed loss reports.
Collaborate with clients, insurers and third‑party experts throughout the claims process.
Participate in a mentoring programme to develop major‑loss expertise.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial adjusting.
Desire to progress into major loss adjusting.
Commitment to professional examinations such as the ACILA.
Ability to work independently from a remote location.

Required skills

What we offer

Salary between £60,000 and £90,000 per year, dependent on experience.
Performance‑related bonus and car/allowance.
Pension scheme, private medical care and 25 days holiday.
