Male Bank Support Worker – Zero Hours (Sawbridgeworth)

About the role

Join a national network of specialist care providers and deliver person‑centred support to adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities. This zero‑hours contract covers vacancies, sickness, annual leave and training at the Chaseways residential service in Sawbridgeworth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide enhanced, flexible care tailored to each individual's needs.
• Offer physical and emotional guidance, encouragement and support.
• Assist with medical and welfare requirements and report them as needed.
• Safeguard service users and maintain a clean, safe environment.

• Passionate about promoting independence for service users.
