Male Support Worker – Complex Care (Part‑time)

About the role
This part‑time position supports a 16‑year‑old male with cerebral palsy living in a fully adapted house. You will provide 2:1 personal, domestic and community care, helping the client achieve maximum independence.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personal care, including toileting, washing and dressing.
- Assist with feeding, including PEG tube management.
- Support mobility and manual handling tasks safely.
- Provide companionship and facilitate community outings.
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate with the client’s healthcare team.
Required profile
- Full UK driving licence and reliable vehicle.
- Experience in complex care for brain injuries or cerebral palsy.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work 16 hours per week across days and evenings.
