Male Support Worker – Social Care (Chertsey)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Male Support Worker to join our team in Chertsey. You will work with adults who have learning disabilities, autism, dementia and challenging behaviours, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives.

Key responsibilities

• Accompany service users on outings and community activities.
• Support social interaction, family visits and recreational events.
• Assist with budgeting, managing finances and paying bills.
• Maintain a clean, tidy living environment and carry out shopping duties.
• Provide personal care and encourage self‑care routines.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Male applicant (occupational requirement under Equality Act 2010).
• Willingness to undergo training and obtain a Health and Social Care Diploma.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, person‑centred care.
