Male Support Worker – Willington (Full‑time)

About the role

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated Male Support Worker for its Willington supported‑living service. You will work shift patterns between 07:30‑15:00 or 15:00‑22:15, Monday to Sunday, helping adults with daily living tasks and promoting independence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care, meal preparation and hygiene.
• Support individuals in developing life‑skills such as budgeting, cooking and community engagement.
• Plan and accompany outings to local venues, social activities, and recreational events.
• Document care activities and report any changes in health or wellbeing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person‑centred support.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence (vehicle required for the role).
• Resilient, flexible and able to remain composed under pressure.
• Genuine caring attitude with a passion for improving quality of life.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and varied shift patterns.

• Valid UK driving licence.
