Managed Care Consultant – Home-based (Hampshire)

About the role

We are looking for a Managed Care Consultant to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care across Hampshire. The position is home‑based, with regular regional travel and occasional visits to our Kent head office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and review client care packages to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct client reviews and maintain accurate, person‑centred care plans.
• Support new client assessments and service start‑ups.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and families, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Manage, support and performance‑review care staff within the region.
• Assist with recruitment, training compliance and staff retention initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve client or staff concerns professionally and effectively.

Required profile

• Experience in a client‑focused role within a regulated environment (healthcare, social services, police, housing, etc.).
• Understanding of compliance, quality standards and governance.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

What we offer

• Salary from £32,000 – £35,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• Company car after six months (initially own vehicle required, mileage expensed).
• 4 weeks’ holiday, increasing to 5 weeks after two years.
