ManageEngine Consultant (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ManageEngine Consultant to carry out an independent audit of our existing ManageEngine suite. The role is contract‑based, based in London with a hybrid working model, and may evolve into a longer‑term optimisation project.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive audit of the current ManageEngine environment, including configurations, workflows, automations and integrations.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies and under‑utilised functionality across all deployed ManageEngine modules.
• Produce a detailed report with actionable recommendations and a prioritized improvement roadmap.
• Advise IT leadership on IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and ITIL alignment.
• Collaborate with the Service Management team to understand business requirements and support implementation of approved improvements.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience implementing, configuring and optimising ManageEngine solutions, especially ServiceDesk Plus.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct technical audits and deliver clear, unbiased recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
