Management Accountant – Beaconsfield

About the role

We’re recruiting a Management Accountant to join an established organisation at its Head Office in Beaconsfield. This broad management accounting opportunity is for a qualified accountant with strong hands‑on finance experience, requiring CIS reporting and COINS ERP expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts.
• Handle CIS reporting and associated processes.
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations and journal postings.
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Provide financial reporting and analysis.
• Support year‑end and audit requirements.
• Work extensively with the COINS ERP system.
• Support improvements to financial processes and reporting.

Required profile

• Previous management accounts experience.
• Strong CIS reporting experience.
• Experience using COINS ERP.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Commercially minded, organised and comfortable meeting deadlines.
• Lives within a reasonable commute of Beaconsfield.

What we offer

• Salary £45,000 – £55,000 per year.
