Management Accountant – Business Partner Role

About the role

This full‑time Management Accountant position is based in Milton Keynes with a hybrid working pattern (one day remote per week). You will join a growing international business that values finance professionals as strategic partners, offering exposure to senior stakeholders and commercial decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Own the management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for multiple entities.
• Produce month‑end accounts and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Analyse gross margin and overhead variances and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with operational and commercial leaders to influence performance.
• Support acquisitions, integration projects, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Proven experience preparing management accounts and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Ability to analyse financial performance and explain the underlying reasons.
• Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
