Management Accountant – Central Bedfordshire

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join a fast‑paced, international group in Central Bedfordshire. You will provide accurate management accounting, financial insight and support to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts, P&L and balance sheet.
- Handle month‑end journals, accruals, pre‑payments and deferred revenue.
- Develop forecasts, budgets and cash‑flow management.
- Provide analysis and insight to the CFO, Group Financial Controller and business units.
- Support year‑end accounts preparation and liaise with external auditors.
- Mentor and support the transactional finance team.
Required profile
- AAT qualified; currently studying ACCA or CIMA.
- Proven experience preparing monthly management accounts.
- Strong analytical ability and highly organised.
- Experience with multi‑currency accounting is desirable.
