Management Accountant – Finance Reporting & Process Improvement

About the role

Our client, a global materials supply and design business, is seeking a Management Accountant to take ownership of monthly management accounts and drive finance process improvements. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders while leading a small finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed monthly management accounts packs, including forecasting and statutory compliance reporting.
• Drive process improvements and support systems implementation within the finance function.
• Maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships through clear communication.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Finance Assistants.

Required profile

• Qualified ACCA or CIMA member with approximately five years of post‑qualification experience.
• Hands‑on approach to financial reporting and a passion for improving finance processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
