Management Accountant – Hybrid (Bracknell)

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to join a respected international organisation in Bracknell. You will work within a collaborative finance team, delivering accurate management information and insightful analysis that directly influences business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs to agreed deadlines.
• Produce financial analysis, commentary and KPI reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and planning processes.
• Prepare reports for senior management, executive committees and board meetings.
• Generate management and regulatory reports in line with internal and external requirements.
• Monitor financial performance, investigate variances and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and recurring management information.
• Reconcile financial data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with Finance and other business functions to gather, validate and interpret data.
• Assist in improving reporting processes, controls and governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in management accounting within a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and influence decision‑making.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

• Salary range £50,000 – £63,000 per year.
