Management Accountant – Hybrid, London

About the role

Rebel Rebel is a fast‑growing cosmetics business looking for a hands‑on Management Accountant to support its rapid expansion. Based at the WeWork Aviation House in London, the role is hybrid, requiring at least four days per week in the office. You will work closely with the Financial Controller to own month‑end processes, maintain balance‑sheet integrity, and help build scalable finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the month‑end close process and prepare monthly management accounts.
• Maintain balance‑sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Prepare accruals, pre‑payments, journals, and close adjustments.
• Support audit preparation and year‑end processes.
• Produce accurate ad‑hoc and monthly reporting/analysis for decision‑making.
• Provide insight and support to sales and marketing teams.
• Support inventory governance and stock reconciliations.
• Manage AP/AR processes and resolve queries with operational teams.
• Assist with ERP implementation and build scalable finance processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvements within the finance team.

Required profile

• Qualified or part‑qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
• Experience in FMCG or inventory‑led businesses.
• Strong management accounting and month‑end experience.
• Robust balance‑sheet and reconciliation capability.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with focus on process improvement.
