Management Accountant – Hybrid, £48k‑£55k

About the role

We are seeking a Management Accountant to join a growing SME in Crawley. The role will provide accurate and timely financial information to support business performance and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and accompanying commentary.
• Record and report financial transactions accurately.
• Support operational teams with budgeting, forecasting and revenue performance analysis.
• Maintain budgets and forecasts within the FP&A system.
• Complete balance‑sheet reconciliations and month‑end processes.
• Produce ad‑hoc financial reports and analysis.
• Provide insight to improve performance and support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with proven management accounting experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to partner with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in a fast‑paced SME environment is advantageous.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
