Management Accountant

About the role

This position offers a motivated Management Accountant the chance to move beyond routine reporting and become a trusted finance partner within the Medicine Board Finance team at UCLH. You will work closely with senior leaders, influencing decisions that shape patient care, research and education across the Trust.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a finance partner to senior managers and budget holders, providing clear insight into financial performance.
• Develop and maintain forecasts, explain variances and highlight risks and opportunities early.
• Contribute to corporate reporting and continuous improvement initiatives across the Trust.
• Translate complex financial data into practical, actionable information for non‑finance colleagues.
• Support decision‑making by delivering timely, accurate analysis under tight deadlines.
