Management Accountant

About the role

This position offers a hands‑on opportunity within a fast‑growing retail organisation. You will support the finance team during a period of expansion, working closely with senior stakeholders and gaining broad exposure across financial management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and support month‑end close.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and perform variance analysis.
• Execute balance‑sheet reconciliations and provide month‑end support.
• Produce financial reports for internal stakeholders.
• Assist with audit, compliance and external reporting requirements.
• Identify and implement improvements to finance processes and controls.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or part‑qualified.
• Experience in management or financial accounting.
• Strong analytical ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, change‑driven environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively while managing responsibilities independently.
