Management Accountant

About the role

Prodigi is seeking a commercially‑minded Management Accountant with strong NetSuite experience to join its fast‑moving finance team. This hands‑on position blends financial reporting with operational finance, driving process improvements and supporting strategic business decisions while working closely with senior leadership and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts with variance analysis and clear commentary.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow planning.
• Analyse cost and product data to inform investment decisions.
• Provide financial insight to operational teams to improve decision‑making.
• Lead and refine the month‑end close process.
• Oversee day‑to‑day finance operations including AP, AR, inventory and revenue recognition.
• Maximise NetSuite ERP usage through reporting, dashboards and automation.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate finance processes.
• Safeguard data integrity, internal controls and support year‑end audit, statutory reporting and tax filings.
• Research technical accounting matters and ensure alignment with standards.
• Document business processes and accounting policies as the business scales.
• Provide payroll reconciliation across entities and partner on financial risk management strategy.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS or CIMA).
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, including at least 3 years in a management accountant role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with NetSuite ERP (essential).
• Background in SMEs with broad, hands‑on finance responsibilities.
