Management Accountant

About the role

We are partnering with a values‑led consumer brand to strengthen their finance team with a Management Accountant. This full‑time position will sit in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment where you will move beyond routine month‑end reporting to provide insight, improve processes, and support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts for multiple entities.
• Produce analysis and commentary on performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Monitor performance against budget and flag variances.
• Partner with operational teams across the business.
• Conduct cost and profitability analysis.
• Assist with finance automation and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Help meet audit requirements and maintain strong financial controls.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Experience preparing management accounts in a fast‑moving environment.
• Commercially minded with a curiosity for business performance.
• Confident communicator with both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
• Proactive, hands‑on, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
