Management Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Management Accountant to lead a modern, insight‑driven accounting function. This hybrid position offers the chance to shape financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting for a purpose‑driven organisation based in London.

Key responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts with detailed variance analysis.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, including template design and consolidation.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools, financial models and dashboards.
• Strengthen financial systems, controls and data accessibility.
• Provide analytical insights to internal stakeholders on cash flow, organisational metrics and performance.

Required profile

• Qualified or part‑qualified accountant with experience in management accounting and FP&A.
• Strong communicator comfortable working with non‑finance teams.
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical ability.
• Experience in the charity or not‑for‑profit sector is desirable.

What we offer

• Salary £50,000‑£55,000 per year.
