Management Accountant

About the role

Sangfroid Group is seeking a commercially‑minded Management Accountant to join its Finance team in Exeter. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will support multiple legal entities and help shape the finance function as the business expands internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts across several group entities.
• Manage month‑end close, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Provide financial analysis to operational and commercial teams.
• Collaborate with overseas entities and international stakeholders.
• Assist with statutory reporting, audit and compliance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of finance systems and processes.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (newly qualified to ~3 years PQE).
• Strong management‑accounting and month‑end experience.
• Excellent analytical ability and a proactive, commercially curious mindset.
• Confidence communicating with stakeholders across the business.
• Ambition to grow within a fast‑paced international organisation.
