Management Accountant - Live Music

About the role

We are seeking a Management Accountant to join a leading live‑music company. Working closely with the Reporting Manager, you will deliver high‑quality financial reporting and support commercial decision‑making in a fast‑paced, creative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate monthly management accounts, including profit & loss, balance sheet and cash‑flow reporting.
• Deliver insightful variance analysis and commentary for senior management.
• Develop and enhance management reporting packs and financial reporting templates.
• Support the annual budget and regular forecasting processes, collaborating with budget holders.
• Build financial models for business planning, scenario analysis and strategic decision‑making.
• Maintain balance‑sheet reconciliations and ensure general‑ledger integrity.
• Assist with month‑end activities such as accruals, pre‑payments, journals and intercompany reconciliations.
• Contribute to statutory accounts preparation and the external audit process.
• Provide commercial insight and financial support to key stakeholders across the business.
• Assist with finance system implementation projects.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or actively studying towards one).
• Previous experience producing monthly management accounts.
• Strong understanding of month‑end reporting, balance‑sheet reconciliations and financial controls.
• Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Excellent analytical capability and strong communication skills.
