Management Accountant – Part-time or Full-time

About the role

Thomas Franks Ltd is seeking an ambitious Management Accountant to join its finance team in Hook Norton, Oxfordshire. The role offers exposure to transactional accounting, commercial analysis and operational finance, suitable for someone looking to develop and qualify further.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounting entries on client accounts
• Reconcile accruals, deferral and balance‑sheet accounts
• Analyse variances and performance, providing insights to operations teams
• Support ad‑hoc financial analysis for operations
• Act as the primary contact for client finance teams
• Raise and distribute sales invoices
• Manage client accounts and monthly reconciliations
• Assist with budget setting, cash and banking reconciliations
• Conduct overhead and expense analysis
• Support accounts payable and sales ledger functions

Required profile

• Part‑qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Minimum of 5 years relevant finance experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Reliability, honesty and self‑motivation
