Management Accountant – Property

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing property investment group to recruit a Management Accountant who will be central to the day‑to‑day finance function. You will join a lean, high‑performing team, gain broad exposure across the business and work directly with the Directors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multi‑entity invoicing, payments and bank management.
• Manage accounting systems, reconciliations and creditor reporting.
• Maintain deal ledgers, financial summaries and project reporting.
• Coordinate with external accountants and handle statutory submissions.
• Monitor cash flow, inter‑company transfers and funding requirements.
• Ensure rental income collection and general operational administration.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or equivalent experience.
• Experience within the property or real‑estate sector, or a closely related industry.
• Available to start immediately or on short notice.
