Management Accountant – Wimbledon (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join a dynamic finance team in Wimbledon, London. The role is full‑time, office‑based and offers the chance to develop your accounting expertise within a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and post necessary journal entries.
• Analyse monthly results, performing variance analysis against budgets and KPIs.
• Support internal reporting and financial analysis across the business.
• Reconcile balance sheets each month with full documentation.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting cycles and contribute to statutory accounts and audit preparation.
• Participate in finance and wider business projects, including process and system improvements.
• Promote collaborative team culture and maintain strong internal communication.
• Undertake ad‑hoc duties as required by the business.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in a month‑end focused finance role.
• Part‑qualified or newly qualified (ACCA, CIMA or ACA).
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communicator comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
