Management Consultant – Fiber and Backhaul Network

About the role

We are seeking a Management Consultant specialized in fibre and backhaul networks to join our London team. You will work with a global network of experts, helping communication service providers and hyperscale clients modernise, automate and operate their networks.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch and operate network platforms to streamline operations, reduce time‑to‑market and cut costs.
• Evaluate and optimise service‑provider processes, technologies and network planning.
• Lead change‑management initiatives for network construction and passive infrastructure build.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships across teams and geographies.
• Monitor technical and commercial performance, using automation to reduce CAPEX/OPEX.

Required profile

• 1‑4+ years of experience in fibre, copper or cable network architecture and related transport technologies.
• Strong understanding of standards such as ITU‑T, IEEE, MEF, Broadband Forum and TM Forum.
• Experience with AI‑driven automation, predictive maintenance and end‑to‑end program management.
• Proven ability to work on network design, deployment, commercial and vendor management.
