Management Liability Underwriter

About the role

Join a successful, entrepreneurial insurer based in contemporary Manchester City Centre offices. Working within a small, highly skilled team, you will report to the Lead D&O Underwriter and support new business and renewals across the Northern region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Lead D&O Underwriter with the preparation and submission of new business proposals.
• Manage renewal processes for existing Management Liability accounts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with a dedicated panel of brokers throughout the North West.
• Provide underwriting expertise and support to ensure profitable risk selection.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Directors & Officers (D&O) underwriting.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to work in an empowered, decision‑driven environment.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a flat‑structured team.
