Management Trainee – Banbury & Bicester

About the role

As a Management Trainee with Enterprise Mobility you will rotate through key areas of a branch – from customer service to finance – gaining the experience needed to become a future branch manager. The programme is based in Banbury (with coverage of Bicester) and is designed for ambitious individuals who want to fast‑track their leadership career in the mobility sector.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local business partners to drive sales and marketing initiatives.
• Analyse profit and loss statements, monitor costs and support financial control of the branch.
• Assist in fleet management, scheduling and operational logistics to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Mentor and train junior staff, contributing to team development and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
