Management Trainee – Barrow-in-Furness

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Customer Service – manage reservations, resolve enquiries and build strong relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Sales & Marketing – engage with local business partners, expand the network and promote services.
• Financial Control – understand cost structures, monitor profit and loss statements and contribute to profitability.
• Operations & Logistics – assist in fleet management, strategic planning and performance monitoring.
• Leadership & Development – mentor junior staff, lead team activities and prepare for future managerial responsibilities.

Required profile

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Full manual UK driving licence (reasonable adjustments available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related offences on driving record in the past five years.
