About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking ambitious individuals to join its Management Training Programme in Bedford. As a Management Trainee you will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience that prepares you for a future branch manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives, develop relationships with local business partners and grow the customer network.
• Assist with financial control tasks, including cost monitoring and interpreting profit‑and‑loss statements.
• Participate in operations and logistics, learning fleet management, strategic planning and performance optimisation.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, contributing to staff development and team performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
