About the role

Enterprise Mobility is offering a Management Trainee programme in Bolton. The role gives you the chance to develop leadership skills across all core business areas and fast‑track to a branch manager position within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing activities, connect with local business partners and grow a professional network.
• Understand financial mechanics, monitor cost control and interpret profit and loss statements.
• Manage fleet operations, plan logistics and drive overall performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Full manual UK driving licence (reasonable adjustments available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
