Management Trainee – Chippenham/Trowbridge

About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Programme and fast‑track your career towards a branch manager position. You’ll work across our Chippenham and Trowbridge locations, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, finance, operations and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing relationships with local business partners.
• Understand and manage financial performance, including cost control and profit‑and‑loss analysis.
• Oversee fleet operations, strategic planning and logistical performance.
• Mentor, train and lead team members, with opportunities to promote others as you grow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related offences on driving record in the past five years.
