Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, resolving enquiries and building rapport with a diverse client base.
• Develop sales and marketing initiatives, connect with local business partners and grow the branch’s network.
• Understand financial mechanics, monitor cost control and interpret profit and loss statements to drive profitability.
• Manage fleet operations, plan logistics and implement performance‑driving strategies.
• Lead, mentor and train team members, with the opportunity to promote and develop others as you progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disability).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
• Strong communication, analytical and leadership potential.
