About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Programme in Barnstaple and accelerate your leadership journey. As a Management Trainee you will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience that prepares you to become a branch manager within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport with diverse clients.
• Develop sales and marketing initiatives, connect with local business partners and expand the customer network.
• Analyse financial performance, manage cost control and interpret profit‑and‑loss statements.
• Oversee fleet operations, plan logistics and drive overall branch performance.
• Lead, mentor and train team members, with the opportunity to promote high‑performing staff.

Required profile

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• Clean driving record with no drug or alcohol‑related offences in the past five years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
