Management Trainee – Gloucester/Cheltenham

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee to join our Gloucester/Cheltenham branch. You will rotate through key areas of the business, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, finance, operations and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing activities, connect with local business partners and grow the customer network.
• Understand financial performance, manage cost control and interpret profit‑and‑loss statements.
• Assist with fleet management, strategic planning and daily operational logistics.
• Lead, mentor and train team members, with the opportunity to manage a team as you progress.

Required profile

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
