Management Trainee – High Wycombe & Aylesbury

About the role

As a Management Trainee with Enterprise Mobility you will join a two‑year development programme designed to fast‑track high‑potential individuals into branch management. Based in High Wycombe (with coverage of Aylesbury), you will rotate through core business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in a leading global mobility company.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building lasting relationships.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives, liaise with local business partners and grow the branch’s network.
• Assist with financial control, including cost monitoring and interpreting profit‑and‑loss statements.
• Participate in fleet and operations management, planning logistics and driving performance.
• Lead and develop team members, providing mentorship and training as you progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant professional experience accepted.
• Full manual UK driving licence (reasonable adjustments available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
