Management Trainee – Immediate Start in Leeds

About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Programme and start a fast‑track career in retail mobility services. As a Management Trainee you will be given real responsibility from day one, rotating through customer service, sales, finance and operations to develop the skills needed to become a branch manager within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing relationships with local business partners and grow the branch’s network.
• Understand financial performance, manage costs and interpret profit‑and‑loss statements.
• Assist with fleet management, logistical planning and daily operational tasks.
• Mentor and train junior team members, leading a team as you progress.

Required profile

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but relevant professional experience is acceptable.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
