About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing relationships with local business partners.
• Understand and manage financial performance, including cost control and profit‑and‑loss analysis.
• Assist with fleet operations, strategic planning and logistics.
• Lead, mentor and train team members, with the opportunity to promote others as you progress.

Required profile

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience).
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
